Buying property in Zimbabwe from abroad
Find a house, stand or flat on BZ Property, listed by an owner whose ID a person has checked. Enquire, book a viewing someone you trust can attend, and make an offer. The sale money goes through a conveyancer or trust account, never through us.
Can I buy property in Zimbabwe if I live abroad?
Many diaspora buyers do, often through a Zimbabwean lawyer acting for them. Rules differ for agricultural land and for non-citizens, so take advice from a conveyancer before you commit. Beautiful Zimbabwe is not an estate agent or a law firm.
Does Beautiful Zimbabwe hold the purchase money?
No. Large sale money goes through a registered conveyancer or trust account, never a personal wallet. We check the owner's ID and keep the record of enquiries and offers.
What does an ID-checked owner mean?
A person on our team saw the owner's ID document before the listing went live. It does not prove title; your conveyancer checks the title deed.
How can I view a house from abroad?
Book a viewing from the listing and send someone you trust, or ask the owner for a video walk-through. Phone numbers open only once you both agree.
Is there a fee to enquire?
No. Enquiring, booking a viewing and making an offer are free, and there is no membership fee for the marketplace.
