How does BZ Food work?

US$3.50 delivery on its own line, and no service fee. A tip is optional and goes to the driver in full. Pickup orders have no delivery fee and no tip. The minimum order is US$3.

Can I order a meal for family in Harare from abroad?

Yes. At checkout choose "Sending to someone else?" and add their name and phone. They get their own tracking link with the door code, and they read the code to the driver at the door.

Can I pay by card now?

Not yet. Card and EcoCash checkout are being switched on. Until then an order stays unpaid and the order page says so.

Which restaurants are on BZ Food?

What does a restaurant pay?

10% of the order subtotal on delivery orders and 5% on pickup orders, paid by the restaurant. Our team approves each restaurant before it goes live.
